Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a 2-3 business day fulfillment and processing time before they are shipped. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare and package your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
The projected delivery dates on the checkout page are in addition to the processing time above. Oftentimes though, these dates are much more conservative than they need to be and therefore parcels arrive sooner than expected. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use ChitChats to broker our Standard and Economy shipping options
UPS and DHL are our Express Shipping vendors and depending on your location will be presented with either one or both as an option. 

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada. Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page and depend on the number of items in the cart, their weight, shipping address, and chosen shipping speed. We have negotiated rates with several shipping carriers, making our shipping costs competitive. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email, which will include tracking information for your products. Again, this will be after the 2-3 business day processing time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS
For international shipments, the customer is liable for any customs, brokerage, VAT, and other import-related duties and taxes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to select locations, where import-related charges are prepaid by the customer. DDP shipping can be requested by clicking on the ‘DDP Shipping’ option on the checkout page. This option helps avoid payment-related delays at customs and prevents unexpected charges after purchase.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally, packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this occur, every attempt will be made to contact you to arrange re-shipment. If you refuse delivery of the product, you will be liable for the cost of resending the parcel as well as any storage fees. Please note that upon delivery of the products to the carrier, it shall be deemed completion of our delivery, and the title and the risks of damage and loss of the products shall be transferred to you. We do not accept any refund requests in case of failure of customs clearance.
