The power supply fan adapter is not from the ks5pro 21t, everything else was perfect, I was also trying to contact support, I sent two emails, one more than a month ago and another a few days ago but I still have not received a response.

Works great. Make sure you get the adapter cords for the L9. I thought they came with them. They don’t. My L7 works great!
